First off, do Multi-Level Marketing Companies work or are they just scams? No they are not scams and yes they work if you work!
What to look for in choosing the right MLM for you.
1. Product: Choose something you can get behind. Something YOU believe in. Look for Quality ie how does this compare to similar products better/worse/same. What sets this product out from the others? Are there any other MLM Companies offering a similar product? How do they compare? Is it something that will last? Ie. is it just a fad or is it a current way of life? Does this product require a Lifestyle change? ie. is it something outside of peoples normal routine? Make sure its something you understand and have zero doubt in the product.
2.Leadership: Believe it or not most people never look into this when looking for an MLM company. What qualites or awards and stats do they possess. This is very important so you know the company will last and is poised to grow.
3.Compensation: This is usally the biggest difference in MLM's. What is the payout structure? When do you get paid? How are you paid? What kind of bonuses/incentives are offered-such as car allowance, Health inusrance etc...How attainable are there goals to reach higher levels in pay structure? Do you know of anyone that has attained them? It's important to have these figured out so you know what to realistically expect. Yes some people make an amazing 6+ figure income but in some companies that may be an unrealstic expectation and left only for the founding leaders.
4. Trainning/Support: How are they helping you succeed? Is help available 24hours? How much training is available? These are key in succeeding in this business. If your MLM is not teaching you how to market their product and help you succeed then why would anyone join? How will you succeed?
After going through all of these points I decided to join SoZo. For me its the best fit. Here are a few points why I chose SoZo.
